Meet Our Founder

Ambra Jackson, Founder & Executive Director

The Purpose Bridge, Inc. was founded by Ambra Jackson, Founder & Executive Director, a San Francisco native raised in the city’s historic Fillmore community. Ambra is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader, legal professional, and community advocate with a deep commitment to inclusive leadership, wellness, and community empowerment.

With a background in sociology, human resources, and organizational leadership, Ambra brings both lived experience and professional expertise to the organization’s work. She is also the Founder of Collective Culture Training & Consulting, where she has designed and facilitated leadership development, social-emotional learning, and organizational culture programs across corporate, nonprofit, and community-based settings.

Ambra’s leadership is rooted in the belief that meaningful social change happens when people across generations are supported holistically and empowered to lead with intention and care. Through The Purpose Bridge, Inc., she is building intergenerational programs that foster belonging, strengthen leadership capacity, and create sustainable pathways for individual and collective growth.

Meet Our Speakers

Amelia G. Jackson, LCSW

Amelia G. Jackson is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), private practice owner, and the Secretary of Purpose Bridge, where she helps advance mission-driven leadership and community impact. Amelia is known for bridging wellness and leadership—empowering individuals, communities, and teams in building resilience and capacity, navigating major transitions, and staying anchored in purpose, even in seasons of heaviness.

Her experience spans multiple contexts, including community-based and nonprofit work, public and charter education systems, and health care settings. Across these spaces, she has helped develop trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches that strengthen access, belonging, and long-term wellness for historically underserved, underrepresented, and underresourced communities. Amelia brings a grounded, systems-aware lens to leadership—bridging her clinical training and lived experience to connect emotional health, organizational sustainability, and community empowerment through strategies that are sustainable, culturally sensitive, and equity-informed.

A proud graduate of UC Berkeley (B.A. Social Welfare & Education) and Fordham University (M.S.W.), Amelia is committed to strengthening leaders and communities through service, thought partnership, and healing-centered, identity-affirming practice.

Danny Williams

Danny L. Williams, a proud native of San Francisco, is a dynamic serial entrepreneur and devoted community advocate in the Bay Area. As CEO and owner of five thriving businesses, he has earned a reputation as a visionary leader and a driving force in the region’s business community. His ventures include PBS Staffing, specializing in property management; Accurate Janitorial Services, providing industrial and commercial cleaning with key contracts including BART; Champ Insurance, offering business liability and workers’ compensation solutions; Diamondstar Floor Polishers, experts in concrete flooring services; and D. Monaghans on the Hill, a celebrated full-service American restaurant.

Under his leadership, over 300 community members have gained meaningful employment, and teams ranging from five to over 100 employees have flourished under his guidance. With more than 30 years of managerial experience, Danny combines strategic insight with a commitment to fostering growth, opportunity, and responsible business stewardship.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Danny actively uplifts his community. He serves as Chairman of 100 Black Men of the Bay Area and sits on the Board of Directors for the Oakland African-American Chamber of Commerce, advocating for leadership, economic empowerment, and generational impact. His dedication to excellence in business and community leadership exemplifies the transformative power of vision, service, and perseverance.

Dr. Felicia Guity

Dr. Felicia Guity is a distinguished board member and global enterprise executive recognized for driving transformative growth across some of the world’s most influential technology organizations, including Google, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Citrix, and Coursera. With more than two decades of leadership experience, she has guided businesses ranging from $695M to $307B in revenue across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments, consistently delivering operational excellence, scalable growth, and sustained profitability.

As Chief Operating Officer for Cloud Engineering at Google, Dr. Guity led a global organization of 13,500 engineers responsible for mission-critical infrastructure powering billions of users worldwide. She strengthened governance, enhanced cost efficiency, accelerated product velocity, and ensured 99.9% uptime across multibillion-dollar platforms. At Coursera, she spearheaded enterprise and public-sector go-to-market transformation, expanding global alliances and driving measurable gains in revenue retention, forecasting accuracy, and Fortune 500 engagement.

A seasoned board leader and former Board Chair, Dr. Guity brings expertise in governance, financial stewardship, and growth strategy across nonprofit and public-interest organizations. She is also Founder and CEO of an advisory firm focused on enterprise performance and leadership effectiveness. A patent holder and nationally recognized leader, she holds a Doctor of Business Administration and advanced executive certifications in AI strategy and cloud transformation.

Honorable Jennifer Madden Ragland

Hon. Jennifer Madden Ragland has served on the Alameda County Superior Court bench since 2016, where she presides over Criminal Law matters with distinction and integrity. Prior to her election, she dedicated nineteen years to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, ultimately leading the Human Exploitation and Trafficking (H.E.A.T.) Unit. In that role, she prosecuted traffickers, advanced cross-sector training efforts, and strengthened partnerships between law enforcement and the community. She was instrumental in establishing Girl’s Court and Safety Net within the Juvenile Division—innovative initiatives designed to support and protect commercially sexually exploited children.

A proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Judge Madden Ragland earned degrees in African American Studies and Political Science before graduating from Berkeley School of Law, where she served as student body president and championed diversity initiatives.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the courtroom. She has served as President of both the Charles Houston Bar Association and the California Association of Black Lawyers, mentored emerging legal professionals, and advised numerous organizations. A longtime community volunteer, she dedicated nineteen years to the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic supporting low-income women with cancer. In 2024, she received UC Berkeley’s Campanile Excellence in Achievement Award.

Letitia F. Silas, Esq.

Letitia (“Felice”) Silas is a dynamic attorney, executive, and podcast host committed to empowering women and expanding access to information and opportunities that facilitate personal and professional development and wellness. In 2018, she launched Beauty Not Boundaries (BNB), a national podcast dedicated to connecting, inspiring, and empowering women of all backgrounds through meaningful story sharing on everyday life questions, challenges and triumphs in personal health and wellness, faith, relationships, career, and community. Now in its eighth season on Howard University’s HUR Voices Network, SiriusXM Channel 141 BNB delivers “Real Women, Real Life, Real Talk” to a national audience.  Most recently, BNB became available on Spotify and iHeart Radio and looks forward to expanding its reach and impact more in years to come.

Building on the success of Beauty Not Boundaries, in 2023, Letitia launched Werk It! in 2023, a professional development consulting firm and sister podcast focused on providing insight and guidance that empower others to strategically navigate work life and professional challenges as well as gracefully operate in their strengths.  Werk It! equips professionals with informational tools to navigate corporate environments, strengthen leadership capacity, and advance with confidence.

Across her platforms, Letitia blends professional insights, executive experience, and people savvy to create spaces where women are celebrated, empowered, and energized to thrive personally and professionally. Her work reflects a deep commitment to sisterhood, faith, and authentic leadership.

Ria Cotton-Landry

Ria Cotton-Landry is a California-based Real Estate Broker and industry leader with more than two decades of experience delivering residential and commercial real estate services, home loans, and property management. Since launching her career in 2004, she has built a reputation for pairing market expertise with actionable education, empowering clients and communities to build lasting wealth through real estate.

A California native, Ria is deeply committed to expanding access to homeownership. She serves in national leadership with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), whose mission is to advance sustainable homeownership and economic opportunity in Black, minority, and underserved communities. As Region Vice President, she provides strategic leadership to boards across California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and Colorado. She also serves as National 2nd Vice President of the Women’s Council, championing leadership development and advancement for women in real estate.

Ria’s impact has earned her recognition as Powerful Women of The Bay’s 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a devoted wife and mother of three, with six bonus children. Notably, she represented the buyer of Berkeley’s iconic “Saxophone House,” featured on HGTV’s Zillow Gone Wild.

Tyronne Stoudemire

Tyronne Stoudemire is a globally recognized diversity strategist and the Global Head of Strategic Inclusion Partnerships at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. For more than a decade, he has partnered with senior leadership to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into Hyatt’s culture, talent strategy, and marketplace impact across its worldwide portfolio. As Co-Chair of Hyatt’s Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, he advances initiatives that strengthen diverse talent pipelines, expand supplier diversity, and foster inclusive communities. He also spearheaded Hyatt’s “Change Starts Here” commitment, aligning policy, culture, and accountability with the company’s DEI values.

A sought-after speaker and trusted advisor, Tyronne has delivered more than 90 presentations worldwide, translating complex cultural dynamics into actionable business strategy. His work has earned recognition from Black Enterprise, Diversity Woman Magazine, and national organizations, including acknowledgment by President Barack Obama.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Tyronne serves on numerous nonprofit and civic boards, extending his leadership to education, food security, the arts, and faith-based initiatives. Born in Detroit, his early experiences navigating cultural differences shaped his passion for inclusion and unity.

He is the bestselling author of Diversity Done Right and remains committed to helping organizations create measurable, sustainable change.

Brittany Crudupt, Moderator

Brittany Crudupt is a communications and public relations leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, media production, community engagement, and program management. She brings a unique blend of creative storytelling and strategic insight to elevate organizational visibility and foster meaningful partnerships.

Currently Communications Lead at Kaiser Permanente, Brittany has led high-profile media relations, crisis communications, and initiatives that strengthen community trust. She is also the founder of Brittany & Co. LLC, a faith-based inspiration, beauty, and wellness brand, where she empowers diverse audiences through faith and creativity.

Brittany’s career began in entertainment journalism with the Los Angeles Sentinel/LA Watts Times, serving as writer, correspondent, videographer, editor, and producer. She has also led public service communications for over 120,000 residents in Vallejo and developed a Community Resources and Engagement Center providing trauma-informed care.

A forward-thinking, detail-oriented executive, Brittany is a devoted wife and mom to two beautiful girls. She is passionate about inspiring communities, amplifying voices, and creating impactful experiences—skills she brings as a moderator for The Purpose Bridge Inc. Summit.
