AMELIA G. JACKSON, LCSW - SECRETARY
Amelia G. Jackson is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, private practice owner, and Secretary of The Purpose Bridge Inc., known for bridging wellness and leadership to build resilience and capacity in individuals and communities. Her experience spans nonprofit, education, and healthcare settings, where she develops trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches that promote belonging and long-term wellness for underserved populations. A graduate of UC Berkeley and Fordham University, Amelia brings a systems-aware, equity-informed perspective that connects emotional health, organizational sustainability, and community empowerment.
JANET ATCHAN FOLLINGS - BOARD MEMBER
Janet Atchan Follings, MBA, ENP, is the Assistant Deputy Director of Emergency Communications for San Francisco’s Department of Emergency Management, with over 34 years of public service. She leads efforts to align people, processes, and technology to strengthen public safety and citywide resilience. A fourth-generation San Franciscan, Janet holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Deeply rooted in community, she is committed to advancing leadership development and initiatives that promote equity, growth, and opportunity.
MURRELL GREEN, Ed.D. - BOARD MEMBER
Murrell Green, Ed.D., is Dean of Counseling and Wellness Services at Solano Community College, where he leads equity-centered programs that support student success, access, and holistic wellness. Born and raised in San Francisco, he brings over a decade of leadership in California’s community college system, developing initiatives that strengthen retention and completion for diverse student populations. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Drexel University, a Master’s in Counseling from San Francisco State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Clark Atlanta University. Dr. Green has also served as a Community College Trustee for the City and County of San Francisco and holds leadership roles with several community organizations focused on education, equity, and youth development.
TERRELL HENDERSON - BOARD MEMBER
Terrell Henderson is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience supporting youth and families across the Bay Area. As a Senior Director at GLIDE and a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, he integrates trauma-informed and EQ-based approaches to foster resilience and sustainable success. His career includes leadership roles with the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department, UCSF, and Success Centers, where he helped launch impactful programs for underserved communities. A Washington State University graduate, Terrell is committed to advancing healing, leadership, and opportunity.
TONJA CARRINGTON - TREASURER
Tonja Carrington is a Marketing, Branding, and Communications Executive with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise strategy in financial services and telecommunications. She specializes in building strong brands and advancing organizational growth. Deeply committed to community impact, she supports scholarship programs and serves on the board of the Robert T. Moss Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Tonja holds degrees from the University of San Francisco and Rochester Institute of Technology and brings strategic insight, financial stewardship, and a service-driven mindset to her role as Treasurer.

Adanté Pointer, Esq.
Adanté Pointer, Esq., is an award-winning, nationally recognized attorney with over 20 years of experience representing individuals and families in complex civil rights and personal injury cases through his firm, Pointer & Buelna, LLP, securing significant verdicts and settlements nationwide. His work includes multi-million-dollar outcomes involving police misconduct and correctional facility cases, as well as major class actions and high-profile representations. He has been recognized by Daily Journal as a Top 100 Attorney and by Super Lawyers and the National Bar Association for his advocacy and professional excellence. Pointer is also active in community education, frequently speaking at universities and public forums on civil rights and legal awareness, and supporting initiatives that expand access to justice.
Dionne Adams
Dionne Adams, MPA, is Director of Coworker Inclusion and Belonging at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where she leads Inclusion and Belonging strategy, 15 Employee Network Groups, 8 Business Unit Inclusion Councils, and workplace compliance programs supporting a culture of belonging for 28,000 employees. With 24 years at PG&E, she has held leadership roles across human resources, supply chain responsibility, regulatory affairs, utility operations, and customer care. Dionne also serves as Mayor of Pittsburg, CA, Vice Chair of the Tri-Delta Transit Board, and a Board Director for the Bay Area Air District, advancing equitable policies in housing, jobs, public safety, transportation, and air quality. She holds an MPA from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Business from San Francisco State University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
